These sessions are designed to raise your awareness of body and mind.
- Guided meditations are helpful with releasing stress, as well as emotional, physical and mental discomfort.
- Concentration techniques can help with focus, including ADD and ADHD symptoms.
This combination of meditation and concentration techniques is used to expand consciousness.
Recommended during practice of Chapter One: Human Body, Chapter Two: Human Mind, Chapter Three: Human Consciousness, and Chapter Four: Human Heart.
